I’m trying to increase my fico score so that I could lease a car in three months. I’ve been working on repairing my credit. I purchased another car with my husband over a year ago which has helped boost up my fico from 513-605 in 1 year! I’ve heard that piggybacking on someone else’s credit card works very well. My mom has a card with a 0 limit with a 8 balance but has only been opened for 9 months. A mortgage broker told me that the card had to be opened for 2 yrs in order for the piggyback to affect my score for the better. But I’m not so sure about that. My fico went up almost 100 pts in a year when I purchased the truck. I’ve also read about the future changes of piggyback and am aware that this will no longer be doable as of September. What I’m most concerned with for now is, will having myself added to a 9 month old account with good payment history work? Any suggestions or input is greatly appreciated.

Does it mean a player to be determined later, or is it something else?

I want to become a real estate developer in the future…how do I start w/out being a broker or an agent?
I know it might take years but where do I even begin?
I want to concentrate on building businesses so I have no time to "work for someone" in real estate.

I was wondering where I could obtain information on Nifty Futures Trading. I know a lot of people here recommend that one stay away from Futures Trading if he/she doesn’t know anything about it, but I’m not really an investor yet, I was searching for information to help me decide whether or not to take the plunge.
Is there really no information at all online? Funny, I thought the Web was the place where you could find almost anything!
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
Also, how do I find out the current price of Nifty Futures? Is there a website that allows me to do that?

For the past few months I have been working as an intern at a commercial real estate firm. I enjoy the time I spend there, the people I work with, and I learn a lot. For the most part, I have been working with this one business broker and I think he is as smart as they come.
Lately, I have been hearing rumors from an extremely reliable source that he wants to hire a few assistants in the near future. The business broker even mentioned it today and even hinted he might be interested in hiring me.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of situation? What do you guys think I should do?

What are you actually buying? If I go and buy winter wheat futures or whatever, and do not sell my contract in time, do I actually receive the pork bellies or Brent crude oil? How does one make money?
