I am a real estate agent now, but in the future, what would be a good career that can be formed out of my knowledge and skill in real estate that would be a little more secure??

I already know mortgage brokers but anything else??

Should I get a Home Equity Line of Credit?

I am buying a home. The mortgage broker tells me I can get a HELOC with zero closing costs in addition to the mortgage. I don’t need it currently, but is it useful to get it for the future in case I need money? I am financially stable and have very good credit.

Index Futures Trading Question?

I was wondering where I could obtain information on Nifty Futures Trading. I know a lot of people here recommend that one stay away from Futures Trading if he/she doesn’t know anything about it, but I’m not really an investor yet, I was searching for information to help me decide whether or not to take the plunge.

Is there really no information at all online? Funny, I thought the Web was the place where you could find almost anything!

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Also, how do I find out the current price of Nifty Futures? Is there a website that allows me to do that?

Is spread betting similar to futures trading?

I want to know in your opinion in what ways you think that spread betting is similar to futures trading, and which one would be best recommended for someone who lives in the UK to trade stock market indices, commodities and shares?

I am 14 and I am thinking about my future now.
How smart do you have to be, such as grades etc to be accepted into Oxford/Cambridge.
Currently, I am studying my GCSE’s and I am predicted A-A* in all of them. I have taken 3 of the courses early and in all of the mocks I received an A*.
These being: Maths, Religious and Expressive Arts (Music and Drama).
I know this may not count toward Uni. as A Level is next but it give you an idea. =D
I live in London- if location affects dicisions.
I would like to go into Chartarded accountancy/Stock Broker etc. Does anyone know, from personal experience if there are any similar jobs that pay roughly the same and how are they to become very sucessful in.
Also, does Oxford/Cambridge offer courses that would suit any of the above and are there any other bits of information I might need to know.
Thanks for helping me with my future =D
[Please don't leave just a website as an answer, could you try and elabourate]
For the first guy, thank you for the link. However, I have taken part in the London Gifted and Talented Course.
[Does that sound arrogant, sorry if it does]

Since it has nothing to do with Healthy Americans; but only making money for Investment Fat Cats. I’m thinking it should be sold on the Futures Market.

I read that all real estate agents can perform bpos through a brokerage. What I’m trying to figure out is if agents can just do bpos exclusively with any broker and not sell houses. I know it may sound weird but I know how the system works to make a good deal of money doing just BPO’s(like 20+ orders a day) but I don’t understand why a broker would hang your license if all you did were BPO’s(what is the brokers incentive?)…unless they are banking on getting REO’s in the future. If anyone knows info on this that would be great. Thanks!
Yeah, bpos would definitely be a pain if you just did one here and there. But I currently work for a company and I process 10-15 orders a day myself 10×60 = 0 a day. That’s not chump change. Only problem is I’m a salary worker and looking to start my own bpo business through my own license.

How to trade stocks for people?

Say, i have two-three friends willing to give me their money to trade stocks-options-futures for them. Should i open a corporate trading account for that or i may use my personal account? Where can i read about that? Is there any law/act regulating that kind of activity in US?
