this would really help me.

I’m looking for a fantasy broker? Help?
This is a description of what a fantasy broker does:

A postal clerk wants to be a stand-up comedian for one night. A businessman wants to drive a freight train across a western State. A psychiatrist wants 20 dates on 20 weekends with 20 girls from 20 different countries. How do they do it? They see a fantasy broker whose business is making dreams come true. Originally pioneered in Chicago by an advertising executive, fantasy firms in several cities now do a booming business, charging from 0 to thousands to turn dreams into reality. Fantasy Fulfillment Institute in Washington, D.C., did ,500 worth of business as a result of an ad that read:

You can do anything you want…drive a formula race car, ride a camel down Pennsylvania Avenue at 3 P.M., live in a ghost town, float down the Potomac on a magnificent barge with one hundred slaves, or kiss a buffalo.

Fantasy Fulfillment’s manager, an ex-insurance salesman, sees a big future in fantasy. "Why not? Look at all the money people spend on cars that make them brutally handsome, aftershaves that make them karate experts, clothes that make them girlish and thin. Why not cut out the middleman and sell directly to the buyer–original fantasies in the factory cartons?"

My brother has always wanted to stay in the dugout during a game with his favorite baseball team. I figured a fantasy broker might be able to make it happen, and it would be a great gift to him for his birthday. Does anyone know a website, or phone number, or location, or something so I can get in touch with a fantasy broker? Thanks,
Clarkie
I know this doesn’t totally fit in this catergory, but I wasn’t sure where to put it so I just let YA! make a suggestion. This was their suggestion, so I just went with it.

I am going to be buying a new water heater next month and I’m trying to find prices at major stores (Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, etc) for natural gas water heaters that qualify for the tax credit (Energy Factor >0.82 OR a thermal efficiency of at least 90%.) I want to see how much more they are compared to normal water heater. Anyone know pricing and/or can you provide links to them?

We signed a contract with a realtor in June to sell our home. Turns out she overinflated the price to get our business (although it’s her word against ours). She was lax in providing feedback. She did little to no follow up. What’s worse she was condesending and arrogant in every conversation we had with her. She did bring us a buyer only after we agreed to reduce the selling price. That has been a nightmare. Rather than being a facilitator, she has presented everything in a manner that is benefiting the buyers. She has also been in our house on two occasions that we know of without letting us know. We confronted her several times about all of our issues and she kept apologizing but she did not change. It got worse to the point where she no longer calls us but emails. I have saved every piece of documentation and called the broker who said that while the realtor used poor judgement, she did not violate an ethical rules. I want to forewarn others so that they don’t end up like we did.

What do you think is the best skill/trade to learn?

I am heading into my first year of college this fall. I am currently 18 and want to learn a trade that could serve as a backbone for my future. I’ve heard that getting a plumbing license can land you a lot of money. So what do you think would be the best trade to learn. Don’t say it depends on your interests, I’ll just look at your answers and decide for myself. So whether it be an electrician or a plumber, give me your thoughts. Thanks!!

Good Universal broker?

Do you know of any good universal brokers? When I say universal i mean they offer stocks, bonds, mutual funds, options, futures, commodities, etc, etc.

Index Futures Trading Question?

I was wondering where I could obtain information on Nifty Futures Trading. I know a lot of people here recommend that one stay away from Futures Trading if he/she doesn’t know anything about it, but I’m not really an investor yet, I was searching for information to help me decide whether or not to take the plunge.

Is there really no information at all online? Funny, I thought the Web was the place where you could find almost anything!

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Also, how do I find out the current price of Nifty Futures? Is there a website that allows me to do that?
